Resolution

I'm happy that 2008 have finally come to an end!
I'm so so so looking forward towards 2009 lolol,
This year honestly was a total mess nothing went well for me
but of cause at the same time I've learn alot also.
I better write my resolution a day before
asssss I expect myself to be out counting down hahahaha.

In this new coming year I don't wish for any fanciful stuffs,
neither do I have big unrealistic goals.

Academic - I'll do my best for my Year 3 and get both my FYP and PP over and done with.
DB - Try my best to get into the main team.
Family - Spend more time with the people that always love me unconditionally.
Personal - Control my bad temper and learn to appreciate everyone.
Finance - Wait till I have like 10k before I start spending! (unrealistic hahahaha :P)

This is like the first time I actually wrote myself a New Year resolution.
So coooool.

To sum everything up I just want back the good old peaceful days that I once had before.
That explains the video, watch it! It's dam relaxing,
I don't know why but I can always seek peace from the cosmos, the forgotten heaven.

The last light

The last light is always being treasured the most.
Cause you can never ever get back to where things were once before.

You know they always say in life they'll be many obstacles you'll face
and of cause different stages you'll experience.
Every phase have it's own learning point.

I might have captured the light in pixels and colors.
But I can't capture along with it my exact feelings, thoughts and experience.

Some stuffs can never be captured.
It must be learn and understand.
Not everything can be explain or teach.

It's a sin to be shallow, shallowness will poison both your mind and soul.
It'll poison your ability to think, logically at least.

Looking back at the last few lights of my life
I realise how messed up and down under I fell.

Malaysia

So we meet up early in the morning and pretty much stood all the way into Malaysia, lolol.
And the people over at m'sia customs are so not friendly seriously!

Our first stop was City Square I heard so many stories of how scary that place will be but it turn out to be not that bad leh. Not much people, guess it was a weekday that's why. Actually we didn't intend to go there but that was like the first mall we saw after crossing the bridge from the customs, sOoOo Why not?!

The first thing a sensible people should do is of cause to settle that Kia's stomach
no food = he GG hahaHAH.
All of us had lunch at Vivo restaurant or something okay.. basically they serve western rofl.

Then we're walking walking walking and "suprisingly" we found ourselves in an arcade HAHAHAH but their arcade special, got "ka lah ok" machine. We got stuck at the machine for like 30 over minutes might be more I don't know LOL! But dam worth it SGD 50 cents only for 1 song.



but the neon lights there gave me the geylang brothel feel. hahahha


After we got bored of city square it's time to move onnnnnnnnnnn!
Sammy Neo Ming Thai flipped out the brochure we got from the vistor centre and this ZON shopping mall caught his eye. You know why?! Cause got quicksilver HAHAHHA no la ffs I swear to god in the brochure that ZON mall looks so cool even the name sounds cool agree?

But when we got there..... That place machiam on the verge of tearing down. Their shops sibei cui ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh you can't find any decent shops except for 2 duty free shops which they enjoyed the most, who don't love tax free cigarettes?! And we also found an abandoned trolley that's like the only 2 memorable things I can think of.

Move on to Jusco and we had our dinner at KFC.
Yum yum they actually serve rice over there.

I'm like so cold now lol, just cabbed back from east coast and it's like freaking 7 and I'm waiting for my hair to dry before I can sleeeeeeeeeeeeep. I need to sleep real bad.

Lol to think that I actually wanted to watch the sun rise alone at the field behind my house but too bad the sun don't wanna rise in my direction ah, so I dropped that idea hahahaha.

The chalet was fun but not many people stayed over.
Xmas gift exchange damn worth it! I traded my chocolates for a big tub of cadbury sweets (gian peng right I know I know HAHAHAHA.)

ZOO

As expected we didn't head to schoooool we went to the zoo to celebrate instead.
Lol I know it was a pretty random last minute idea but still we went ahead after having macs.

We cabbed all the way down from Woodlands to Mandai,
it's beeeeeeeeeeeen so long since I've last visit the zoo. I tell you the drinks there really expensive man, 3 bucks for a bottle of coke.
Then we locked all of our stuffs up in a locker and dump the rest in tou's bag hahaha but it dosen't matter as I was still the one carrying it for the most of the time anyway -_- HehehEH :P. And finnaly we're good to go!

The first animal we saw was a false ___ I can't remember the name but in simpler terms it's just a crocodile. Lol for a moment simin thought it was fake. Then we saw the siamangs HAHAHA the 2 black monkeys are damn shy. The rest of the animals are pretty normal except for the red ass baboons and ahmeng.

Hahahahaha tou ran over and scared a female one the female baboon growled at tou. LOL when I growled back the Male one beside her jumped up and gave me a kungfu kick HAHAHAHA but lucky for me it got deflected away by the glass. I think we can watch the baboons for the entire day, they mate, they run around, they pick each other asses for god knows what to eat?

I really enjoyed myself today.
Times like this are hard to find.. hard to find.

A new start.

I know there won't be anyone reading this blog anymore,
This was suppose to be a photoblog but I think I shall use this space to pen down my thoughts instead, I don't wanna let my memory fail me. There'll be photos once in a while of cause but if you guys want pictures you can go to glouse.bs instead haha.

Today marks the end of Singapore Regatta 08, this race was really a blast for myself and RPDB. I still remember how we manage to pull ourselves together and echoe together as one team for our last few weeks of trainings. Look how far we've come team. I'm very happy because my opinions are always being valued, and for that I really wanna say a big thank you to you team.

As I've said faith brought us together as a team and I really do not know who will stay or go who knows I might even quit. But the point is we made use of the chance given to us today and made the best out of it. I really have no regrets.

I've learn many things from this race itself. The key thing is how scary and fearful a team can be when everyone work together. How assuring a pat on the back is when someone who knows me for only 7 or 8 months look me in the eye and says
"CMON We're ganna do it together, we can make it!"

The next thing will be on how fragile life can be.
Looking at my team mate who had just went through an all out set with me just faint and fall into the water is really not a good experience, that just shows how badly he wants it. For that split second I was thinking of all my love ones, what if they're were the one floating infront of me, I tell you.. seperation is not easy as I thought it'll be. For that moment I thought we've lost him. So it comes back to what I always love to say the most, really really.. please treasure ur love ones.

This few days haven't been good, things are not going on well in certain aspect only la.
Andddddd although all of us went home with a hoarse voice and painful back deep down we all know nothing can be compared to the glory we had earned.

Slow but not steady, happy but confuse

Reality is an enigma. Things love to conceal their true nature.
but everything can be understand through time,
the key to solving life’s mysteries is to find new and different ways
and look at life in different angles.
To find your answers, first search into yourself.

“You can’t step into the same river twice” this is one of Heraclitus’ creative enigmas.
A flowing river constantly changes its contents,
the water in front of us moves on and others behind replenish them.

The cosmos function in the same manner like how a “river” would,
New things come into being while others die.
Like what I say a loop.
But do not be sad because at every end of a circle there will definitely be a beginning,
A new beginning which flows on.

The moment we sink our feet into the riverbed
we immediately change both the river and ourselves.
Nothing is constant, one can never seek constant (in reality at least).
Me as an observer actually affects the object that is being observed.
Everything in this universe is connected through a thin white line
which is too “visible” for the complacency in us to even notice such a relationship.

We’re all part of a cosmic process, a much bigger plan, too big for us to comprehend,
And our participation changes the things with which we interact.
Like what some physicists once said
“The universe that fails to develop conscious life to apprehend its existence never truly existed to begin with.”

My point is that changes are inevitable, so cherish what you have now.
